Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders received before [2:00 PM MST] may ship the same business day.

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is released to the shipping carrier.

All returns require prior authorization.

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
   
• Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
   
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
   
• Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
   

Unauthorized, opened, used, expired, or custom products are not eligible for return.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and order details.
